First Time or Questions About Your Livestream Class?
How to get into your livestream classes:
- You've registered for a livestream class on the class schedule, excellent!
- Immediately you will receive an email confirmation for your livestream class registration with the class link. Check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email right away.
- Still no link? Check your Mindbody/Honor Yoga app settings and opt-in to receive emails.
- 1 day before your class start time you will receive another email. This is a reminder email which will also include the class link for you to enter class.
If in the unlikely event you have searched all the folders, and that email still isn’t there, reach out to your home studio for the next steps. If you are a part of the Global Livestream Community, please reach out to support@honoryoga.com.
Close to Class Time?
If it's near class time and you can’t seem to find the email containing your class link, here are the steps to take:
Take a deep breath.
Enter into your All Mail search bar - Honor Yoga - (if you know the class title and/or date enter it into the search too)
When the search pulls up emails be sure to check the dates. Each class has a new unique link.
Consider creating a folder for “Honor Yoga” to keep emails in one place.
After class, delete the email with the class link as a way to find items more easily.
Going forward, add the class confirmation to your calendar so you can easily find your class link.
If you see the "waiting for host to start meeting" statement from Zoom and it's very close to class start time, please exit zoom and retry clicking the link. If class still has not started, it's not you, it's us! We are doing our best to get class up and running, thanks for your patience.
